Chapoutier Bila-Haut Rouge 2020
A soft and approachable wine with fresh berry fruits, spice and smooth integrated tannins. It is ripe and fleshy, well-structured red full of black cherry notes, reflecting the warm and savage soils of the Roussillon area. Syrah, Grenache and Carignan are hand-harvested and macerated for 2 – 4 months before blending and maturing in large vats. Enjoy with grilled and roasted red meats, mature cheese and winter warmer casseroles.
