Plaimont Producteurs has pioneered and guaranteed the revival of ancient forgotten grape varieties, some used in production as far back as the Roman times.
Les Vignes Retrouvées is a blend of three of those grape varieties. While Gros Manseng gives fresh citrus aromas, Arrufiac and Petit Courbu add floral notes and ripe fruit flavours. Best served chilled, the wine is the perfect friendly aperitif, and pairs well with seafood, poultry, pasta dishes and warm goats’ cheese salad.
