Maison Fallot Mustard Advent Calendar

Founded in 1840 by Edmond Fallot, the Moutarderie Fallot has kept intact the know-how of the artisan mustard maker. It thus perpetuates the slow grinding of the seeds with a stone mill , in order to avoid any heating and to preserve all the taste qualities of the mustard paste.
Marc Désarménien, Edmond’s grandson, is faithful to the family tradition and works with around twenty colleagues to preserve this tradition and know-how on a daily basis. The company, which has always had roots in Burgundy, remains at its original site in Beaune and is actively involved in reviving mustard seed cultivation in the region.
