Monluc Pousse Rapière Orange Armagnac Liqueur

Monluc Pousse Rapière Orange Armagnac Liqueur

Inspired by the 13th-century Château of Monluc and crafted in Gascony, this liqueur blends Armagnac with orange for a rich, sweet-bitter profile. Its name pays homage to the “rapier” sword, symbolizing the heritage of Marshal Blaise de Monluc. Used in the Pousse Rapière cocktail, it delivers warm aromas of orange, grape, and a hint of vanilla.

Monluc Pousse Rapière owes its name to the rapier, a long, light sword brought back from the wars of Italy by Blaise de Monluc and his Gascon captains. The Château of Monluc is an exceptional site located on the dominant part of Saint-Puy. It was built on the remains of a 13th century castle. It was the paternal house of Marshal Blaise de Monluc. This castle has endured time and invasions whether at the heart of the reign of the Merovingians and Carolingians, or during the campaign of the King of England. Monluc Armagnacs and liqueurs are created according to Gascon country family tradition.
