Moonseng

Moonseng is produced in the Côtes de Gascogne appellation, covering the hillsides between the Pyrenees and Atlantic.

A combination of Merlot and rediscovered grape variety, Manseng Noir, produces this dark-coloured, silky-textured red wine. A complex nose filled with red fruits with notes of black tea and spicy green pepper combining with a fresh taste mean this wine goes perfectly with carpaccio or a simple fresh duck breast salad. Ideally, Moonseng should be served at 14-60 °C.
