Planche à Découper – Cutting Board
This beautifully finished butcher block Cutting Board is made from light coloured beech wood and treated with food safe cutting board oil. The board measures 300 mm x 480 mm x 27mm thick and features: engraved bilingual lettering – extra wide juice groove – deep corner well – oversized carved hand grips – raised on 4 transparent rubber feet.
All trays and boards are handcrafted in my atelier located in the town of Cotignac, Provence. Cotignac, the cliff side village of Provence, is known for its diverse character, vineyards, olive groves, street markets, and fine restaurants, making it one of the hearts of Provence.
