Recipes From Le Rouzet is the debut recipe book from Cathy Gayner, an acclaimed home cook who has perfected a way of producing French food with an English eye. Having spent the past 50 summers at Le Rouzet, the farmhouse in South West France that she and her husband Richard restored stone by stone, Cathy’s first book is bursting with 125 recipes that are simple to make, impressive to look at, and delicious to eat.

100% of the proceeds from the book will go directly to the charity Cathy founded, Age Unlimited, which provides much-needed support for young people growing up with no prospects, and the very elderly who, through no fault of their own, have fallen on hard times. These groups have been hugely affected by the COVID crisis, and Age Unlimited needs funds to continue doing its vital work.
